Hot Spot

The staff was very attentive, but not obnoxious. Our food was brought to us very quickly and was ready in minutes to eat. The atmosphere is very modern and clean. I would highly recommend this establishment to others who would like to experience an affordable and pleasant hot pot dinner.

The taste of the food here is great! However they marked their hours on the door as closing at 11, we got there at 10, and at 10:25 they told us the kitchen is closed, it's an all you can eat hot pot, so once the kitchen closes you're basically done. It isn't like you're ordering one big meal it's small dishes throughout your stay. You can't say you close at 11 but shut the kitchen and sauce bar down at 10:25. I wasn't even told before we started eating or I would have left. Beware only eat here in the middle of the day.

Update: We went back and had lunch a couple weeks ago and the experience was better. Portion sizes were much more consistent. Flavor was great as before. As it was in the middle of the day I can't comment on how late night service is, but I can definitely recommend this establishment during the day as everything was great.

This place is great. When they first opened it took them a little while to get their customer service together, but it is great now, and they seem to be really committed to improving everything about the place. It seems a little better every time I go there. The food was amazing from day one. It is a little expensive but absolutely worth the money.

Delicious food on a cold rainy day! Clean comfy space, very minimalistic. Polite staff, very attentive!
