Bakery & Cafe Dara

Delicious food and wonderful baked goods! The family that hosts this charming little strip mall bakery and cafe are so friendly they made us want to come right back. Sandwiches are so stuffed that they are a little messy to eat, but the homemade bread is truly worth it. Both our teenagers lived the place and carried off a big bag of baked goods for later. Good food that is an exceptional value. And the best coffee I’ve had in the area!

I don't normally write reviews, but we loved this place so much! It just opened up Jan 2018. The sweet Korean lady who owned it gave us some samples of her baked goods. The Madeleines were her specialty, and they were amazing! Her twice baked cookies and chestnut bread were also impressive. We enjoyed everhthing we took home (which was a lot!) The place itself is very cozy and would be a perfect study spot (quiet, free WiFi, lots of outlets). We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this bakery to anyone. Don't leave without some Madeleines at the very least!

We saw their grand opening banner and went in to try their coffee and pastries. I had a caramel Latte and my kids had a piece of chocolate cake. The service was good; food was good. There was still smell of paint/stain. I would come back.
