Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Good place for the family. Moderately priced. The onion rings tower is great. They give a tablet at the table which displays your bill, and offers entertainment options for a small fee. It had books and games available.

The burger was excellent - I had the Tennessee Whisky BBQ burger, medium well. Most places undercook slightly, as it is easy to heat a burger more, and this came as a perfect medium - the way I like them. The side salad was nothing great, the iceberg lettuce was in large chunks which needed to be cut up. The dressing was from a jar. But the burger was why I was there and it was great.

My wife and daughter ordered the guacamole bacon burger and also thought they were cooked perfectly. The fries were ok, not well seasoned so a little bland.

The wait staff was good but not excellent. Had to chase down to get a refill on an ice tea, and never came to the table to check on things. Orders were all correct which was important. Friendly and polite staff.

I would recommend this place for their burgers.

The food was good but the service was lacking. We sat in the bar area and it was not busy. They were very slow to bring drinks and had to look for someone for refills,check,etc. Once we placed our food order it came out very quickly!

We have been coming here for a few years! Its seems like everytime we come there is some kind of staffing change. Service overtime has gotten progressively worse, and customer service has declined! However, today we were served by young man Tyrone! He was on point! He was attentive and his customer service was refreshing! If you stop by make sure you ask for Tyrone, you wont be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

Massive shakes, delicious burgers, unlimited fries that are priced right. I haven't been to a red Robin in a few years but surprised at how good their food was today. Many places try to make their burger more than what it is and fail at it but here they get it right and however way you want it. Garlic aioli, sweet and sour ketchup, jalapeno or no jalapeno, any way you want it, you got it. Friendly staff and no rush atmosphere makes this place a win.
