Sandwiches are good and made fresh. Serves alcohol and rest rooms are clean. The cakes are not made fresh daily only negative thing.

I’ll be honest. We come here entirely too often. However, we’ve been extremely disappointed the last 3-4 visits. Our order has been either wrong, over cooked, or both.

We received a replacement sandwich the other night for a completely wrong order (I had to throw it away) - and the replacement was dry, still incorrect, and cold. They let the sandwiches sit on the counter and we had to ask where our food was. My wife’s was also the entirely wrong sandwich. When we called, the supervisor was rude and dismissive.

When you can get your order correct, they have a great steak and cheese (ask for extra cheese) and a great club sandwich. However, due to the recent string of bad luck - I’m super disappointed and am hesitant to return. My waistline may thank me, though. If they’re able to get back on track, I’d happily update my rating to a 5/5.

I really like the thin crust pizza. My teenager loves going here because it reminds him of our trips to New York. The staff is always helpful and law enforcement is frequently seen having a meal. My only suggestion is the flow of the order process seems to be a little odd. You go to to left front corner of the restaurant and order, then you proceed to the right and pay for your order. They could use signs and rails to inform customers about the process. Then it would be a better dining experience.
