Every Wednesday night downstairs they have an EDM party called Transit. It's really incredible. Been going on for over a decade. Great tunes and great people. It's bounced around to a few different bars in Fairfax but it really feels at home at Auld Shebeen. Bartenders are great and food is great. Thanks Auld Shebeen and the Transit crew for keeping this going. If you've never been I highly Suggest it.

Great Irish pub with a nice selection of food and beer. There were several good beers on tap (Guinness, Killian's, Harp, etc.) and the menu had a good list of mixed drinks and wines.

We got the fish and chips and the shepherd's pie; both were delicious. The staff was friendly and the pub had a very traditional Irish flair that added to the ambiance. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner, and I would definitely come back to the pub for a few drinks at the bar.

Great Irish pub that's been here for ages. Good beer and whiskey selection. The menu isn't huge but everything on it is good. The Guinness stew is always a winner and the corned beef & cabbage never disappoints. They frequently have live music and this place is very lively on weekends.

Great food!! Really great. Six of us had different dinners, appetizers, and desserts. We tasted each other's and all were amazing. Service was great and friendly. I would go back again and again. It was a busy Saturday nigh and we were glad we had reservations. The Artic Char and Lamb were the special. Wow! I had the traditional corned beef and cabbage. Plenty of fork tender meet with great flavor.
Try the Sticky Toffee dessert, you'll be glad.

I love this place. We went last Saturday - the live music was perfect. The ambiance, service, food and drinks are great. I like the baked brie, mulled wine and the hot toddy that we had. Highly recommend.
