    I went to the Mcdonald on Jermantown. Great experience since new to Fairfax. I had been going to another fast food place very close to McDonald's. The orders were never correct and the women at the window was so rude. Decided to try McDonald's and was very satisfied with the food, service and the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for the great service and food was very fresh. I will be returning often. I ordered the bacon,egg and cheese biscuit and it was awesome. Coffee was very fresh.

    Two separate times now I have ordered an iced peppermint mocha and both times I was given hot peppermint mocha. It was correct on the screen each time but apparently the workers are confused.

    Just like other McDonald this location is great clean customer service was great they have order yourself menu which was nice i like to see that in every locations it make ordering food easy . Good parking space i will keep going there when i have the chance ! keep up the great work.

    This location is filled with smiles and a home feeling. The food comes fast and fresh and they nave a 9/10 accuracy of meals. The manager takes time to personally talk to all the guests in a happy welcoming manner
