First Watch - Fairfax

A hidden gem in the middle of your neighborhood!! The food is Delicious!! The atmosphere is great and the service is superior- my first visit and I was highly satisfied. Definitely will return/ order everything on the menu, except for “Thank you please come again “ ????????????????

The atmosphere is great. I love brunch and this is my go to spot. Fun creative meal that can deal with diet restrictions. Get the app and get in line early.

I went here for brunch with a few friends on Sunday. The food was great. I got the A.M. Super food bowl, one friend got the Avocado Toast, and another friend got the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl. All of us enjoyed our food. While it was extremely busy the staff did a good job. I loved that you could check in on Yelp to before arriving so that you would already be in line. However the estimated wait time was low.
My only complaint was that the bathroom was messy. I felt like I was in a dive bar not a cute restaurant. I understand that it was a busy morning but I don't feel there is any excuse for over following trash.

I've been here so many times and it's still a treat. Their prices make you feel easy about brunch and their portions keep you satiated. I love breakfast items that involve syrup. I went crazy about their lemon ricotta pancakes. It has a tangy lemon flavor with a fluffy texture and crispy exterior. Highly recommend. They serve their waffles to crispy perfection. Thinking about how crunchy yet soft their waffles are seriously satisfies my cravings. My complaint is that they serve 1 waffle; it doesn't fill me up like their other items do. I wish they kept their seasonal pumpkin soup on their menu, that soup still blows my mind.

First watch is a great place for breakfast or lunch! Their menu is suited for people with trendy dietary preferences, like gluten free. I absolutely love the avocado toast. However, they close around 2 pm so they are always busy. If you can, download the app and “get in line” before you arrive. I have seen many people walk away because the wait was too long, including myself!
