Pretty good experience, good was tasty though not everything was super fresh...

Had an early Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey breast, green beans and mashed potatoes. For dessert apple pie. The Turkey was very moist. Everything was good! Great customer service today.

I frequent this Boston Market for lunch and dinner often. Today is the first time that I experienced rudeness. I placed an order through the app and was given a pickup time of 1:07 PM. I arrived at 1:10 PM and waited for a gentleman in front of me to receive his food. I saw my name on the board and it stated that my food was being "prepared". I waited as two of the employees passed me numerous times and did not even acknowledge that I was there. Finally at 1:17, I stopped the female worker and explained that I ordered through the app. Without even looking at me she asked my name. I showed her where it was on the board and she reaches up and grabs my bag of food, sets it on the counter and walks away. She did not say thank you, offer an applogy, or anything. I was very unhappy with the service I experienced at this location today.
