Old Country Buffet

Mostly my experience has been good, but there some things that could be improved on. At dinner the steak chef is a little slow (does not fill grill). Sometimes there are people eating at the buffet or handle each piece of chicken. I haven't seen fish fillets(non breaded ) lately. Mostly a reduction in salt in all foods would be helpful. Those who desire salt can add it themselves. The restrooms could be maintained in slightly better fashion(replace towels and soap promptly.)Empty trash cans so paper doesn't fall on the floor. Lastly, there has been no fudge for dessert lately--I miss it.

I like Old Country Buffet and dine there regularly.
However, Old Country Buffet was better when Mr. Green worked there as a manager.

I miss the pot roast with carrots and potatoes that Old Country Buffet dropped from its menu. Fresh potatoes would be better if they bring back the pot roast.

I like the fresh fruit and the vegetables.

Our family visits your restaurant regularly and enjoy the food very much.
The only thing we do not like is your beverage policy. Now a days, many people
do not drink soft drinks but like to have a cup of coffee with desert. But since the
coffee is part of the beverage, we, the seniors can't afford to pay near $3 just to have a cup of coffee. I suggested to the store manager about this. Please have a separate
pricing for coffee only or include in senior meal pricing. I am so glad I can directly
convey this feeling to the CEO. Thank you very much.
