Best döner sandwich in Northern Virginia, by far (well, along with Döner Kebab in Leesburg.). They're building up their kitchen offerings, so a lot more is on the way. The döner alone is worth the trip, however. Joins Orso, Ramen Factory 42 and Takumi (not to mention Audacious Aleworks and Falls Church Distillers) as unmissable spots in the new Falls Church.
Reminds me of Turkey! Friendly staff and amazing börek. They also have some imported product including sucuk and cheeses and ayran to Turkish coffee and tea.
Had a great lunch of a variety of Börek (beef, spinach, and cheese), Yoghurt sauce, and Baklava. It was all delicious! They were still setting up, can't wait to see them grow!
Lots of great Turkish food and groceries. Their home made baklava is amazing. Can't wait to try more of their food!
We stopped in Borek G’s after being a customer at the local farmers’ market. We were so excited to see they opened a store front and we can have their delicious goods all the time! Customer service was top notch. The person behind the counter was knowledgable and shared descriptions of the items in the case as well as how they’re made. We ordered three boreks to go. Once we got home, we dug into all three. We got a cheese, spinach/cheese and potato one. They were all SO good. Like melt in your mouth good. We are excited for the new (more permanent) addition to the local food scene. Can’t wait to try more!
