Good customer service and pretty good food. Price is average not cheap or expensive.

Good variety and a lot to chose from. I ordered sugarcane shrimp noodles but didn’t have the sugarcane. Expected the shrimp paste grilled but was fried instead. The dish was still decent but would have been better if grilled like it’s supposed to and with sugarcane.

I ordered takeout for my mom and me, and they said the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I came back in ~15 minutes, and they said it would just be a few minutes more, so I waited near the front of the restaurant where they have some benches for waiting. After 7 more minutes, I asked if the order was ready, they said it wasn’t ready yet. Then a few minutes later they said they gave my order to the wrong person, and that they would get my order ready right away and sorry for the mistake. If all that wasn’t bad enough, when I got home the meat they gave me was uncooked, so my Mom and me had to cook it ourselves. I give this restaurant 3 demerits because of everything that when wrong with my order. On top of all that, I heard some customer, I assumed, say, “you look so poor”. However, after we cooked the food, it was a pretty good tasting bowl of pho. Overall, I give this restaurant 3 stars because of the ordering fiasco; the food itself was good quality and taste very good though when I, finally, got to eat it. Great tasting food, but bad service experience.

Fast-paced. Good customer service. Good food. I had spring rolls served with a creamy sauce and Crispy Rolls Noodles (both with peanuts and vegan ). They don't take reservations. You leave you name, and I suggest to wait in the restaurant for your table. If you don't pay attention or leave for a minute, somebody else will be seated.
