(December 4, 2018, 4:47 am)This has GOT to be THE most authentic place in Fauquier! THEY EVEN HAVE A SECRET AUTHENTIC MENU! Sorry I couldn't help yelling it xD If you ask the woman at the counter, she will offer to put you on a texting list that tells you the secret menu item of the day! Oh and btw? They have Xiaolongbao! You just have to let them know ahead of time if you want some~ But if you're worried about being put on a mailing list, just take a look at their menu when you walk in, NOT the paper one. They have salt and pepper shrimp/chicken/beef, boiled chicken, mala chicken, and boneless spareribs! And if you ask for it? FRESH hot chili oil~~~ Just trust me, foodies of Fauquier County? This is the place you've been looking for, I promise!

(November 6, 2018, 10:56 pm)Family run and very accommodating to changing sauces, rice types, etc. Occasionally the older gentleman takes calls and may get flustered but he tries his best......the food speaks for itself!
