The best place in this area! We had a wonderful, delicious, surprising, and beautiful meal with excellent wine pairing. The tastes were delicious and complex with a relaxed atmosphere that felt so comfortable. I would be surprised if Alias doesn't receive a Michelin star in the future. It's that good. We can't wait to go back.

Wow. We celebrated our 45th anniversary at Alias. The food and service far exceeded our expectations. You MUST sit at the chef’s table to experience the “show” and Chef Stephen is always smiling and enjoying serving his much thought out treasures. We will certainly be making this a stop when we want a special dining experience. Best of luck to Stephen and Kelly on the success of Alias.

My husband and I ate here for dinner. OMG… the food was amazing!! From the appetizer to the after dinner desert. I am so happy there is a tasting restaurant so close to home as we always have to go to D.c.

The staff were nice and friendly.

I really appreciate that they had a nonalcoholic drink selection.

I will recommend this place and we are definitely coming back!!!

I absolutely adore Alias – it's my culinary haven, and because of them, I carry unforgettable memories.
During a five-course meal with wine pairings at the chef's table, the intimate setting, with only three other couples, made it exceptional. The staff delivered impeccable five-star service. But the real highlight was the chef's mesmerizing performance crafting those culinary masterpieces. Each flavor explosion on the palate heightened the experience. The wine pairings were exquisite, and their Old Fashioned was delightful.
Just when I thought it couldn't get better, Chef Stephen, alongside his wife Kelly and baby Atticus, made the night extraordinary. Their passion for owning a restaurant was palpable, offering a glimpse into their promising future, and I'm eagerly anticipating their success.

If you’re not a foodie, you can stop reading now. However, if you are a foodie, this is a place for you. Chef Stephen and co-owner Kelly (also his wife) have put together something special in the outskirts of Warrenton, Virginia. The experience starts with a complementary glass of bubbly. and continues from there. Dinner starts promptly at six, (one seating a night) and I would recommend getting there at 5:30 so you can enjoy one of their signature cocktails or a glass of wine from Virginia or around the world. The sommelier, Kenny, has put together quite an eclectic mix of wines from around the world; my particular favorite was a Pinot noir from the Willamette Valley. If you choose to do the wine pairing with the food you will start seeing his expertise with balancing food and wine flavors. But before you get started with the prix fixe menu, you will get an amuse busche to enjoy with your cocktail. Ours was a deep fried duck nugget that was topped with black truffle (truly amazing). Then the menu begins. You can enjoy this with wine from Virginia or wine from around the world but if you’re not a drinker you will still enjoy one of the best meals of your life. Of course, this is not a place you go every night but for special occasions or just spur of the moment like my wife and I did. You will not be disappointed. Another cool thing is if you like the wine you can buy it from them because they have their retail license. I left with several bottles of the pinot and a Spanish wine I was convinced was a high end Cabernet. The servers are all like family and I could’ve sworn one of them look like Bradley Cooper :-). if you are very lucky, at the end of the night, as checks are being paid and everyone’s getting ready to leave, you may get a glimpse of Atticus, the newest member of the Burke family.
