The owner is sweet and a gracious lady but the meats are often so hard I can't chew them. Quality has gone down . everyone's talking about it
We stop here on the way to work a couple times a month. The staff is always very nice. I like that they have a list of what allergens the food contains posted right next to the cash register on the wall. They also post the type of oil they use. I wish all restaurants did this. Thank you so much for making the life of a food allergy mom a little less stressful.
This store is awesome.... it's a Bojangles, an Exxon gas station and a Dairy Queen in one. I stop here sometimes when coming 220. Great place.... the Bojangles here has to be the most convenient and cleanest I've ever visited. I agree with the other guy Jefferey though....I don't like the way they call you "buddy". It's not worth complaining about or anything, but it kind of leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth when they call you a name like that. The chicken is great and the biscuits are made perfect... you can't get a much better biscuit than at this Bojangles.. they are made fluffy and just right.
The Exxon has an employee named "Brandon". He's a dude with red hair. He's kind of out there, if you know what I mean. The dude asked me "Do you have a job"? When I said "of course" he said "Really, are you sure"? I said of course i'm sure and walked out after he handed me the change. I'm not sure what's wrong with Brandon at the Exxon asking people if they're sure they have a job... I personally don't think Brandon is a nice guy and he seems to have a chip on his shoulder... but the other employees at the Exxon (excluding Brandon) and this Bojangles and the Dairy Queen are awesome, friendly and efficient. Very happy with every visit I've had here so far... I will continue stopping here.
This Bojangles at Plateau Plaza is pretty good. It's convenient. The young girl "Victoria" working here is kind of rude. I asked her to give me another container of dirty rice and she looked at me strangely and treated me as if she was bothered by me. She's young and it could be her first job.. but no excuse to treat customers as if they are bothering you. Victoria seems to have an attitude problem. There is a younger guy here also named "James" whom also has an attitude problem. I didn't see him on my last visit but he called me "buddy" every time I came in. I felt him calling me "buddy" was disrespectful since I'm a lot older than him and have kids of my own. I heard this James has a relationship with a girl working here too and his jealously causes problems within the business. I thought Bojangles has an anti-fraternization policy... evidently not.
Otherwise a pretty good Bojangles...check your order before you leave to make sure it's correct.
One of the busiest Bojangles around, especially for breakfast and lunch, and for good reason too. The place is kept clean, fast & pleasant staff, and great food. The management continues to do very well in making sure the commitment to serve the customers is uniform and at the best performance.
