Applebee's Grill + Bar

Granddaughter birthday. She picked restaurant. They sang to her and made it extra special. Food was serve fast and delicious

Being the this is the only suitable place in Franklin to eat. It is the best you can get! My server was great and very accommodating.

Took at least 10 minutes for the waitress to come get our drink order. And this was after the hostess who seated us happened to see us sitting there after we had finished looking at menus. Then another waitress walked by us and said Hi, never stopping to ask if we had been waited on. Finally another waitress came. She never told us her name. Asked for our drink order and then asked if we were ready to order our food. We were not ready. She said I will get drinks and be back. She did we finally got to place our order. Finally waitress brought order and left our table. Burgers were not cooked to our liking. Waitress didn't come back to check if right. Finally returned and brought bill. Still didn't tell us her name until I asked. Pat wasn't a very good waitress. We're not happy with our service.

Food was excellent, our waitress was cute,sweet gave great service such as explaining to answer our questions and suggestions. Staff seemed confused not working together. They let a table of 5 walk out when it looked to me they had seating available. Don't know problem. Our waitress Morgan/Franklin Grill was very good
