    Located in downtown Franklin and has been in business since the 1940’s. Waitress was friendly and food was okay but not exceptional.

    Enjoy our Wednesdays at Fred's. Always sweet and ready to take our orders. Never had a bad meal.

    Stopped in for lunch and had the buffet. Everything was hot and fresh. The ribs were ok, but could have stood some seasoning. I would eat here again if working in the area.

    It was alright. Not all that. I guess because I didn't grow up around here I didn't get the down home experience. It has a "Cheers" feel to it, I understand. And the food wasn't that great. Maybe I need to give it one more chance. Later in the day.
