Wayside Inn

Really nice historical inn. The manager is really, really nice and welcoming. The breakfast is huge and unlimited. The rooms and bathrooms are meticulously clean and are full of antiques. One of our favorite places. Have stayed there 2 times now. Will definitely be going back!

Great food and a great story! Atmosphere can't be beat, and I love the music they play there.

We enjoyed a stay after a wedding. Tammy and the staff we interacted with were top notch. The breakfast was excellent and our server was a pro. You really need to take time to wander around this living museum, there is a wonderful surprise around every corner. Being the grand old dame that Wayside is, there are rooms that have adjoining doors and lack privacy. Our neighbors did nothing wrong, it was just TMI. We won't hesitate to return to this gem, we'll just get a quieter room.

This place was a great find!! Not only was it super cool and old, but me and my family found the atmosphere to be super comfortable. Tammy, the lady at the front desk, was super friendly and made sure she gave us all the information we needed. The rooms were super nice and comfortable as well, which made sleeping very sound :) I definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting this town, we had an amazing stay!!!
