Burger was good, not the thickest for the money, just average. Wife's mac & cheese was extremely dry. Our server was great!
I attended a business meeting at this restaurant a few weeks ago. It's my first time ever eating here in fact. The food was great, the restaurant was extremely clean, and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. We had a great waitress as well. She was very attentive and responsive to our needs. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.
A few months ago I would have given 5 stars. My family and I love this chain and absolutely love the benefits of the points card. Unfortunately more and more I am thinking I don't want to eat here anymore. I absolutely hate that most locations no longer have napkins. I know they have paper towels.........I feel they are the cheapest ones ever and it totally disgusts me that I have to wipe my face with a paper towel lord knows how many people have already touched because you pretty much have to touch them all to tear one off the role. Then yesterday we ate there, I got a sweet tea which wasn't sweet so I went to grab a sweetener and there were none at the table. Nor was there salt or pepper. I decided to just drink it how it was. When they brought our food the waitress brought silverware wrapped in a single paper towel. Which was only forks. I literally waited almost 20 minutes for a single knife which I shared. I didn't ask for napping because the last time I went there I had to beg for them because the waitress said they were not allowed to give them out anymore and were not ordering them any longer. I would rather pay a little more for my food than go without napkins, silverware and who knows what else i missed. This seriously was our favorite place to eat, the kids too. Not waitresses fault. I truly believe its corporate. ????
