Country Cookin'

My mother and I had the Country Fried Steak and we both loved it. In my opinion it is the best country fried steak around here because the gravy is so thick and the steak is so juicy and tender.

I've been going here since I was a kid and always have a good experience, my last visit wasn't as good as usual but I've found it's the norm when I ever order steak at restaurants anymore. I asked for medium and first steak was almost well, I usually don't ask for steak to be redone since I just believe it should be right or at least close the first time. The second steak was barely medium and as far as I'm concerned was a completely different cut of meat. Waitress and manager were very nice about it. Salad bar was great as always.

Food was good. Especially enjoyed your take on use of the buffet. Appreciate the free lunch for the grandkids and free drinks Wednesdays for us seniors. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful.

Went for the first time and was pleased. We went for breakfast and the only meat they had available was pork which we don't eat. I think if chicken or fish was added to the breakfast buffet that would make this place even more better. However, everything I had was very tasty and I would definitely go again and maybe try out their lunch next time.

Went for a late breakfast. Buffet is satisfactory. I liked the sausage gravy, bacon and especially t h.g.h e cinnamon rolls. Good coffee too. Wait staff were attentive. Will go back to try evening buffet at some point.
