Fat Boys' Smokehouse and Burgers

Good presentation and good deals. The recipes are fair for the half price nights. The atmosphere is what you bring. I don't see myself going back. I found better taste in a burger at CookOut.

If you're looking for a place tasty original food that you're not going to find ANYWHERE else then Fat Boys is the spot for you. From burgers to tacos to bunch to smoked meats to almost anything you can think of (pancetta wrapped around caramel apples????) you'll find it at Fat Boys.
The owners are super nice and friendly guys who are always trying to up their game and wow their customers with something new and different.
It doesn't matter if it is lunch, dinner or brunch, you're going to find something on the menu that you've never had... but you wish you'd be eating all you life.
Definitely give them a try. You'll love it and become a regular.

The chicken salad was good, but the sandwich was nothing but toast and chicken salad. At the very least I expected a little lettuce on my sandwich.....maybe even a slice of tomato. My fries were burnt so bad that someone asked if they were sweet potato fries. On top of that, there was no heat in the building so we were painfully cold to the point that we asked if they were having problems with their heating system. Not overly impressed with my first meal here.

We stopped by as we were headed to Mary Washington University. Great place to grab a quick and tasty lunch. My husband loved the buffalo chicken tacos and I got the bbq chicken sandwich, which was also tasty. I put 4 stars because the onion rings were more batter than onion, not to our liking. Service was great and the chef came out to say hello and see how we liked our food! Well done????
