Carrabba's Italian Grill

A lovely place to dine at, not a fan of chains but so far Carrabba's Italian Grill is on my good list. Great service, food and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place

This restaurant is one of our favorites in the area... It is clear the owner leads from the front. His staff are attentive.. they never miss an opportunity to engage and provide exceptional service. The kitchen crew rocks... Food is timely, hot, perfectly served and delicious. We were there with our neighbors watching a party next to us enjoy food and drink. I commented on what an excellent host they had.. I thought it was some guy throwing a party for his friends or them celebrating with him. Turns out it was the owner... Hosting a wine and food pairing. Trickle down exceptionalism... We remain fans and encourage all to join us. Carabas rocks!

Emily was an excellent server, letting us know how everything was made fresh to order and customizable. She noticed how I wasn't ordering meat and took the time to make me aware of which salad dressings were vegan. The food wash fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend checking this place out! If the servings weren't so generous we might have gotten some of the delicious-looking desserts.

Food wasn't all that great and the seat covers are actually falling apart. Not the Carrabba's I was used to going to. The wait staff are still fantastic and super friendly. Now they just need to get the food back to where it used to be and get the seat covers fixed in the booth seating. The menu choices still look good so there is a lot of potential there for really great dining. Maybe it was an off night for my dinner.

What a great dining experience! I have been traveling a lot for work lately and decided to stop in while I was in Fredericksburg on 11/29/18 I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed once I entered the restaurant. The Christmas decorations and quiet atmosphere was perfect. My server was very attentive and friendly. I can only assume that the management runs this place very well since I never needed to speak to one and no problems with my meal. Great food and a lovely staff.
