Mellow Mushroom Fredericksburg

This is dangerously close to my office, so they are going to make sticking to a diet considerably more challenging. Historically I am not a pizza lover per se, but Mellow Mushroom has a wide variety of items. I had the Elevated Cobb salad with grilled chicken and it was delicious. I also snuck a slice of the Mighty Meat pizza and it made me rethink my feeling of banality to pizza. It reminded me of the best pizza I ever had in Chicago.

The waitress was great and handled or table of nine flawlessly. She was attentive, friendly and fun. The decor is eclectic and the background music was perfect. Our entire table was feeling the groovy, mellow vibe. I'll be back again and again!

Josh was our waiter and he took great care of us. We sat outside, the food was great and we will be back. Music inside was just too loud for us. More families might attend if it was not so loud ...

If you haven’t made time to go check out the new Mellow Mushroom, what are you waiting for ? Despite it being busy, me and my friends got all of our food in a timely manner. The inside of the restaurant is super cool, and the staff is friendly and attentive to how our booth was. Our waiter Sebastian was great with recommendations, making sure our drinks were full, and checking on us throughout the night. Great experience !!

So, I was a former Gm of a hotel and thrive on Customer Service. This last year I have been complaining about overall customer service from the grocery store, restaurants. It has not been good at all. But today was excellent. Every staff member from the door to our table and while eating were great. Kind, fast moving, checked on us every few minutes, the pizza was outstanding. I will definitely be back. This is what I call, "A Great Pizza Parlor." Fredericksburg you have GEM!!!!
