Inconsistent in service and quality. One such example - I ordered a $5 fill up with a chicken breast. When I got home and opened it up, it was a very small thigh. They should be trained to tell the difference. We've ordered extra biscuits, slaw, etc., only to find that it had been left out. Inside ordering can be just as frustrating as the drive thru.

Had the buffet and it was good for the most part. The cabbage was scorched a bit and the biscuits were kind of hard and cool. The service from the cashier and the lady working the lobby was polite and courteous.

If you are going to KFC you shouldn't expect Tavern on the Green. However, you should expect decent, hot food served in a clean environment. This store failed on all accounts.

We went into the location and the first thing was it just didn't appear clean and the restrooms were dirty. The food was not on par with what I have eaten previously. Cold food was the order of the day. Plus the staff just weren't pleasant. Nothing worse than .ore than 3 strikes
