Sombrero's Mexican Cuisine & Café

So enjoyed the food and the gracious greetings. Sad to here the restaurant is closing. Will find the food truck when I need some good cooking. Blessings!

Fantastic food, generous portions and they have actual hot sauce, none of that weak sauce.

It was gratifying discovering Sombrero’s, a family-run place that serves authentic Mexican cuisine. Our experience there was outstanding.

When entering the place, we were welcomed by the father of the family and his daughter. We had a pleasant chat, and they explained to us their story and how they moved around to eventually open Sombrero’s.

The food is healthy, natural and authentic, and it comes in big portions and for a good value. The quality of the food as well as of the service is excellent.

Although in a small town, Sombrero’s is located in an advantageous position for visiting Stanardsville. In the range of a 5-minute walk on the same street, one can find a neat porcelain shop and historical houses.

I look forward to visiting Sombrero’s again, trying their food truck, and meeting the rest of the family!
