    Amazing food and flavors. This is now my go to restaurant in SB.I had the Tallarines Verdes Saltado, which was a creamy, not as strong Pesto on spaghetti, onions, tomatoes, and beef. Not something I would normally order, but it was recommended by my server(was amazing, I'm salivating just thinking about it). It is a must try and I definitely will be going back.

    My Wife and I visited this establishment today, we were instantly welcomed with a contemporary bar and quite fashionable decor, I visited the bathroom which was impeccably clean and on the way realised there was a side room with more people eating, this spacing really makes the restaurant feel exclusive!
    I realized the decor was also functional on my bathroom trip as each table I passed was talking at normal volume but there was no 'bustle' which I attribute to the 3d wall facings and independent booths, attractive and functional!

    We were served by Gustavo who is a co-owner I believe of The Ranch, he was very polite and ready to assist us at all times.

    The sweet tea was sweetened with honey;
    I've been in the USA for collectively a year and I haven't had a sweet tea that competes with the ones served here yet!

    Although; the features above are not among the reasons we wanted to go to a Cuban/ Peruvian restaurant-
    We ordered a couple of dishes with an assortment of un-common ingredients, which were all cooked very well;
    I'm a plantain lover and the chef caramelized it perfectly, the fried yucca was an excellent side; the hygiene was great, the atmosphere was cosy and the food tasted authentic.
    If you like Mexican food I believe this could be a game changer for you and your family as the meals are equally as exotic but this restaurant has put the bar up a notch.
    The Ranch has done a fantastic job of bridging South and North American culture, I will be very glad to take my extended family to this restaurant for another round!

    Maybe next time I'll have enough room for dessert as the portion sizes are generous!

    Uncle Benjamin here, wondering when you're stopping by The Ranch Cuban & Peruvian restaurant! My Goal for any restaurant is [To Taste the LOVE in Each Dish!]. That said: A neighbor knew that I've traveled in the military and suggested I try The Ranch C&P restaurant on Hwy 58 next to ABB in South Boston, VA.

    Well, I sat down for lunch today and my first impressions are:
    1) Easy-to-find location, 2) Beautiful decor designed and hand-built by the owners, 3) Gustavo-waiter and owner greeted me, 4) Finally, the food! The Chicken Empanadas were hot, crisp but not dry; the #36 Pan Con Chicharron sandwich was 'Eye-Rollin' delicious!😋; finished with cuban coffee and caramel churros.

    Bottom line... if you want wings and fries-go elsewhere.
    But if you want a menu full of lip-smacking delicious, authentic Cuban and Peruvian cuisine, that'll make you slap yo mama!...Get ready for a mouth-watering experience at The Ranch!!!

    Your Taste buds will Thank you.

    Just had a lovely lunch here! The masas de puerco w yuca, guacamole, lomo saltado (mix the fries with the meat and veggies) were all delicious. Wish we lived closer-we’d be here all the time!!!

    I am Puerto Rican and have traveled to Peru. This restaurant had great food! Everything was made to order and fresh.

    Just keep in mind that because your order is not sitting around in partially cooked pieces prior to your getting there, it takes longer so there may be a wait once you place your order.

    Being Puerto Rican my Cuban cousins serve similar food to what I grew up eating. While there were some differences they were tasty and reminded me of my Puerto Rican home.

    Extremely pleasant new establishment. The staff is very friendly and professional. Please stop in and support this new restaurant. The food is classic. Providing South Boston with a new dining option is perfect.
