Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

First time eating here today and it definitely won’t be the last. The burgers were delicious and well prepared. The fries were a bit too thin for my liking but the onion rings were amazing. Very good food and the custard is a must try.

Last but not least, the staff were friendly and happy to answer questions. Looking forward to coming back

I have visited the Hampton location twice. Excellent experience both times. On my first visit the cashier was patient and answered all of my questions and also made suggestions. On my visit today Dream assisted me. He also made my second visit pleasant. He was very polite. I waited a little longer for my food but I did not mind because it was lunchtime. I did not take a picture of my food but yes, it was hot AND delicious!!!

Great customer service! Got a Jalapeño Pepper Jack Steakburger with a side of chili cheese fries. It was really good and you can definitely taste the spicyness. If you forget to download the Freddy’s app ahead of time you can save your receipt and add it later so you can still earn points on past orders. Drive-thru available at this location.

There was so much hype about this place so I had to try it out. The line was long but they moved pretty quick, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings, and a bacon cheeseburger. Everything was warm and my onions wasn’t fresh. Highly disappointed BUT…willing to give another location a try. ✌🏾

No one would ever guess that this restaurant chain is only 20 years young and growing. The level of customer service, quality of food and team work is forcing other chains to up their game.

Each detail of the store has significance from the colors to the American flag that waves out front represents the family and their values. The founder Freddy Simon was a Purple Heart World War II Veteran. Look up the meaning of the red and white stripes you’ll understand the meaning of the store colors.

It’s a great place to come with family to sit, enjoy a meal, discover some history, and create fun memories!
