    5 stars for Manager Richard that appears to truly care about his crew
    I observed his consideration to a school age young man that works for the Jersey Mike crew, as the young man came into work and headed to the back Richard cared enough to ask him "how was his day at school?" that made my day just to see that he cared enough to even acknowledge him instead of ignoring him as he came in and wanted him to just get to work.
    If no one else thought that was a plausible act I commend you for caring Richard.

    Came in last night and ordered a Philly cheese steak. A nice young lady named Grace greeted and made my order in a timely fashion. Great hospitality, will be back
