Excellent service. Friendly staff. My pick for late dinning. Prefer the pita over the bowl. Just the right amount of spicy.

First, I'd like to say the food at this establishment is great. You get healthy, decent portion size and it's tasty. My only issue with this place is they offer a discount for what they consider public service workers which include police officers and fire fighters etc. I was informed by a co-worker that they also offer military discount. I am in the military, I show up to Mezeh one afternoon after returning from travel for work. I asked about the military discount and was told by who I'm assuming is the manager "We only offer the military discount when you're in uniform". He want on to inform me that what I was purchasing was a good price so I really shouldn't need a discount. I was so MAD. First, if you're going to offer a discount for public service I'm not sure what hole you crawled out of but the military is about the most public of a servant you can be..we support and defend this entire country. Second, who's place is it to determine that what I purchased was a "good price". It had nothing to do with the price! if its a gesture you're offering what does it matter the cost?. I was so turned off by this guy, I have not been back and not sure if I will go back. I hope enough military personal see this review that they at least mention it. I've seen a large patronage from military. Maybe he'll think before he speaks the next time. I was highly offended by the statement that the discount was originally only meant for police officers and firefighters because of their public service. Maybe you should try a stent in Afghanistan and when you return let me know if you think it was a good personal idea or public service is what you're doing

Really love the food which is full of flavor and would recommend you give it a try. Was disappointed they didn't serve "name" brand sodas, BUT upon trying the brand served at Mezeh, I find that I like it. Staff has been polite, efficient and helpful all 3 times I've been. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I think it could be a little cleaner in the prep area and serving line.

I’m in Love! Mediterranean Cuisine. Flavorful. Healthy. Plentiful. My new place. I had a chance to speak with the manager/owner too! I’ll work for free bowls!!✅❤️

I have mixed feelings about Mezeh. I work at PTC & this is one of only three restaurants I’ll eat at there. With that said, the food is absolutely PHENOMENAL. I love the idea of ordering food this way being that I am picky with ingredients. However, I do agree with other reviewers that the portions are way too minimal for the cost. Also, the staff there is terrible. I’m not the friendliest of person at my job either but I make sure to give good customer service despite me not wanting to be there as well. I know this place is fairly new & I don’t understand how the employees seem to hate their job already. Everyone seems to be learning which is fine, but there is no “trainer” to really guide them through. I once had to point the employee to each item I wanted because they didn’t know so I suggest they label the food for the employees just as they do on the glass for the consumers. They also do seem to be out of certain ingredients often but that’s not their fault I guess. On another occasion I placed the order online so that it would be ready by the time I walked over being that I only have a 30 minute meal break from work & I still had to wait at least 10 minutes when I arrived which was a huge inconvenience for me. Despite everything, I do like the way the food tastes & will continue to go but I really hope they change certain things & improve their service.
