Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not sure about these reviews I went to get phone number and see these bad reviews. I’ve been there 3 times since they opened. The girl who wrapped the burrito did it like a burrito champion and she should be In The burrito Olympics. I ordered extra and she wrapped well. I asked her name and I think it was Marie or Maria if no I remember she had name tag in the first or second day opened. The food is fresh here and all employees are nice. The store is new and these people writing bad reviews need to ease up with their bad selves.

Had take out here today, I think they've been open for 2 days now. We went right around 6:455pm so it was after dinner rush, but they were very low or out of most of things, like they were out of all the salsas but hot, and scraping the bottom of the rice containers. The food all tasted ok, but we couldn't get everything we wanted and there were no apologies or even evidence that someone was on point to refill the low or empty items. Seems very unorganized still so prepare for some wrong meals and long waits. I hope they get better as they go and pull their act together.

This location has only been open now for i believe 2 or 3 days, but I had a pretty good experience overall.

I came a little after the dinner rush so the food wasn't particularly warm, but it wasn't cold. The food was well cooked and meat was still moist, the chef did a good job. The young ladies I interacted with at the counter were all very sweet and pleasant.

However, I gave a 4* review due to the woman I believe to be the manager. She was requested by the young lady at the register for an issue she was having. The woman came up and talked to her like she was stupid and proceeded to bark at me in the same way. I didn't deserve to be spoken to in that way, and the girl at the register most certainly didn't deserve that level of disrespect for just trying to do her job to the best of her ability. If I were in charge of this location I would reconsider having that woman as a manager in my restaurant.
