EAT Kitchen and Catering

We have ordered sandwiches at lunch from EAT a couple of times since they opened this location. There were a few glitches with online ordering early on, but typical of a new restaurant trying to work out the kinks and no big deal at all. As far as the food...everything we have gotten has been great! And while I'll gladly give five stars for your lunches, I'd give you 10 if I could for your Valentine's Day meal specials! Four courses for $35 was a great price, and the sizes were so well portioned that we were full but not completely miserable at the end of the meal. Your filet was outstanding, as was the crabcake; the greens that came with the meal were good and so well seasoned. We loved the pimento cheese tray as well...snacked on that for several days. But my goodness...those sweet potato biscuits with ham and apple butter...they were some of the best things I've ever eaten in my life! I had an issue when ordering online (my fault completely), so I called to get it straightened out, and your employee who answered could not have been more helpful and friendly! She was an absolute joy to talk to. We love you guys...great job with this location!

Just stopped by Eat Catering today to grab lunch. Had a great Italian sandwich! I love the peppers they use. Next time I'll try the Cuban!

EAT!! Oh my goodness! I ordered a simple lunch of Chicken Salad on a croissant and had to try the Southern Green Beans...I know - strange combo choice. It was so good! The portion was large - I'll have lunch for 2 days. The food was fresh and delicious - even better than I expected. The customer service was top notch! They had my food ready at the time it was promised and the person I met at the counter was so very pleasant. Go to EAT!! You will be glad you did!

Sheila and the team at Eat Catering are amazing! With us not being able to do any in-person gathering this holiday, we handed out pre-boxed lunches for our team. They RAVED about the menu: Roasted Rosemary and Herb Pork loin, Southern-style green beans, Mashed Potatoes, Rolls & Garden Salad with Ranch and Balsamic. The portions were excellent, and they were perfectly on time to provide the meals! Even though our team had to celebrate over zoom, we were all able to enjoy a great meal ‘together’ and had a great time. I also want to note, that if you have anyone that has any dietary restrictions, the substitute meals were delicious as well! We had vegetarian and no pork options. Thank you to the whole team at Eat Catering for ensuring that the holidays still got to be celebrated amongst our associates at the Marriott Short Pump!
