(May 30, 2019, 10:41 am)I'm writing a post about this location because I wanted to highlight what I thought to be good customer service by the food prep personnel. I ordered food here for me and my family from the self order kiosk,and when I ordered there wasn't a receipt. 10 minutes later, no food. 15 minutes later... Still no food. Almost 20 minutes later I walk to the counter and find out that my order was skipped!
Thankfully, there was a gentleman there who not only found my order but made it promptly and apologized.
We all make mistakes sometimes, but what stood out to me was the prompt customer service I got when there was a problem. Thanks for making my experience wonderful in the midst of a busy dinner service -
(April 21, 2019, 12:49 pm)Went with the pulled chicken breakfast wrap pee suggestion from the cashier. Very good! But then I decided to try thier vanilla cold brew. It was pretty bad, didn’t taste the vanilla at all. The cashier was nice enough to make me a new one but that one was worse ???? oh well ????????♀️

(March 19, 2019, 9:07 pm)Great place, great people, good food and fast. I had an issue with a gift card while I was there. The manager, Jonathan took care of it without any attitude or issues. Great guy! ????
