    Usually pretty slow, but when manager Charles is working it is better! Thank you Charles. Things are better at all locations when he is working at them!

    Well kept environment. In side service was good. Take out order was timely served and correctly put together- no errors nothing

    It's ok. But they have the smallest chicken legs and breasts and thighs and wings I've ever seen. That's why I gave it a 3. They used to be really good when they first opened and it's almost like they gave up. Just not the same. Chicken is not as juicy anymore. And it's become way more of a fast food than a place to have awesome chicken. And their seasoning is way too heavy anymore. It gives you heartburn. And I don't get heartburn easy. If they would tighten up they could be five star place
