Panera Bread

This review is meant to be for management and hopefully improvements can be made. The staff is always very friendly, polite and helpful- they get 5 stars. The food is always good, 5 stars for that as well. However, I just waited 31 minutes for two sandwiches, two fruit cups, and an iced latte to-go. This is not the first time I've waited over 20 minutes for a to go order, either. Additionally, nearly every to go order I watched picked up during my extensive wait time, with the exception of two, was missing something. I'm not sure if this location is being understaffed or lacking solid training for staff to handle busy times, but the wait times and the order accuracy aren't meeting standards that I believe patrons expect at Panera. Again, the staff is always friendly and polite and helpful when orders need to be fixed, and the food is always good. 30 minutes is just entirely too long to wait and the order accuracy is subpar.

I both visit this location & order out from here quite a bit. Always have good fresh food. The delivery is always timely with friendly drivers.

So glad Panera moved to this location with a drive thru! I was initially wary bc if traffic at that intersection- but it isn’t a problem ;). They consistently make delicious food and beverages and the staff is awesome! Especially Erica- she’s a special young lady! Always kind, remembers my name and my favorite coffee drink just my way :). Keep up the great work Panera and ERICA!
