Subway

My experience at this Subway was great. I only wished the app worked. Employee was very nice and accomadating.

Update - Spoke with the Operations Manager and he was understanding of the situation and very apologetic. Will definitely return to our Subway.
Original post - Called in at 3:05 pm and prepaid for an order for 5 foot long subs to be ready in 45 minutes. We were on a tight timeline and needed to pick them up and rush downtown for rehearsal. I arrived an hour after ordering, the store front was empty and when I yelled "hello!" the young man came out from the back area. He had forgotten about my order and said he could have them ready in a minute. I explained that he had already had 60 minutes and that I would have to come back for the order. Needless to say we were late to rehearsal. Very disappointing and we will be using Firehouse across the street for our orders in the future.

Really enjoyed this Subway! Staff was friendly and helpful, didn't miss an item I asked for. And they did t skimp on the ingredients! Thanks girls!
