    I love firehouse subs and have eaten at several locations. I don’t understand how service for a sub can be so slow (I’ve experienced this at other locations as well) Jimmy johns, Quiznos, and Subway are quick. Firehouse is my favorite, but why does it take 25-30 minutes to make a sub?

    We’re from NY and had the fireman’s meatball and firehouse steak & cheese. Best meatball sub I’ve had from a “fast food” and 99% of restaurants. Steak and cheese was amazing as well with the chipotle mayo. Happy and satisfied customer!!

    Their subs are alright. My husband loves them he could eat there at least weekly. I feel that all the subs taste about the same from turkey to steak and cheese. I have also gotten food poisoning from there (a couple years ago) and haven't been much of a fan since. However the staff is ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and fast making it a pleasant dining experience.
