    This is a very well run IHOP franchise. I cant imagine this place being any better. They have fast service, hot food, and a friendly atmosphere.

    The food was decent but the syrup was phenomenal!! Even though the place was packed our waitress tended to us very well even though it appeared she had at least six other tables . I give it four stars because the food wasn’t as good as it used to be and it was so noisy it was hard to enjoy the meal properly. Over all I would go again for the syrups !

    Wonderful food and friendly wait staff. I had the 2x2x2 breakfast and my husband had the spinach and mushroom omelette. Both were delicious! Happy customers. ????

    Had 4 people in our party. 3 adults 1 child. We was seated fast. Got the drinks quick. Took my child's order and put it in then took the rest. This was great with a 5 year old. We ordered 3 different burgers. Didn't take long and was great. Had unlimited fries. We all got 2 orders and drinks was refilled multiple times. The only problem we had was at the end got check and went up front to pay. Was then informed by manager that the server does it now and not the person up front. I have ate at ihop for many years and couldn't ever remember them doing this. When did that change?

    Yum! Bacon and an opportunity to catch up with a friend. The waitress was awesome. She was so sweet and we gushed over each other's hair and nails, silly girls. But she was sweet and I earned herself a great tip too
