La Morena

Their tacos de al pastor are a disappointment, but I went in today and decided to give them another chance. I got a chicken quesadilla and my fiancé tried the burrito. They were extremely delicious! They have a nice variety of salsas and their horchata is spot on.

This was my first time here, and it was absolutely amazing. Hilda was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. On top of that, she was nice and polite. Wonder customer service from her. Good call putting her in front of house. The food: 10 stars out of five. Fresh and delicious. This place is half convenience store-half restaurant. There’s three Latina chefs in the kitchen and they know what they’re about. I can’t believe it took me this long to find this place. La Morena is a gem. I will definitely be coming back. Excellent authentic home made Mexican. Very friendly family service and allowed me purchase seconds though they had already closed. My first experience here and wasn't expecting counter - to - table, convenience store atmosphere, but food was well well worth the stop! Will come back next time I'm passing through.

I've been going to La Morena for a while. This mixture of restaurant and convenient store serves some excellent authentic Latin American food! So far I haven't had anything that I didn't like. I think the most unique thing about their food is the selection of self serve homemade salsas.
