    This is my favorite Starbucks and I have an hour long commute to and from work that goes by about 3 others Starbucks. Almost the whole staff knows my exact order and my name at this point. I’ve only had them mess up once but it was my fault, I didn’t clarify the syrup that I wanted. They are always so friendly and have no judgement when I go twice or three times in a day.

    Let me just say, I've never visited a Starbucks where the baristas were all THIS KIND. The woman at the window started talking to me about how my day was going and she basically ended up becoming my 1 minute therapist while we waited for my coffee ? this place is worth visiting solely for the people who work here. Amazing staff.

    This location gets a 3 star, due to direction info. The store entrance is located on Hunter Dr., not Port Republic Rd. The signs on the interstate direct you to one just on the opposite side of I-81. Very confusing for all parties involved.
    The employees were nice and the stores are clean, so they should get 5 stars.
