    Love their fresh sandwich wraps they are so damn good and love all of there coffee here too and you just cannot go wrong with wawa as for some of the staff they are alright but some are not so pleasing but you get that anywhere now days, I love going here for my coffee and sandwiches and smokes and gas very convenient place but when it hits rush hours man this place is a damn zoo lol

    I mean when it is noon this place can get packed in very fast especially when trying to park even for me on a 2018 Harley Davidson Spirit Mini bagger motorcycle to finding a place to park my bike!.

    So I have been going much later at night because this place can get really crazy during the day but at nights it's in and out and I am done!. LOL

    I have been to other wawa's especially in colonial heights and I hate that wawa because they are all around no good including the staff there but this Wawa in Henrico is by far the best that I have been to so far I have no complaints about this Wawa location but the other people cannot blame the store for it being bad because most of the time it's the staff that can make it or break it to be good or a bad experience. The old staff that are still working here are very nice people but not so much with the new comers who are just starting out on the job at Wawa there they need to smile more. That's just my 2 cent's worth of advice on that. Other than that I love coming here!.

    I said i didn't want to do this but seeing some of the other reviews I can imagine it's probably the same issue with this individual. I work for an AC company and so the routes run all over the city, I try to stop at WaWa when there's one by, just always been a better gas station to stop at. Period. And I've been to this location plenty of times, though usually its afternoon or early evening. The cashier girl at the counter tonight(6/26) deserves 1 star. The establishment itself is fine. I went in to grab a smoothie(too late for dinner for me on an hour ride home) and a snack for my boyfriend waiting outside. The smoothie was made really quick so I grabbed it but put the ticket in the basket out of habit. However when i got to the register this girl was already just sitting on her phone and continued to finish what she was doing before she acknowledged me. Reddish hair, make up and long nails matching the powder blue shirt she was wearing for the event going on(cute I thought originally) but at this point i realized i forgot the ticket and told her I could go grab it to which she said(looking into her phone again in hands) "It's fine", I know they can look it up but I still tried to make it easier since a small line was queing behind me. (Late night retail pops, I get it... ive worked customer service one way or another my whole life) I dont like complaining unless its absolutely justified. But she rang up my boyfriends snack and then asked me if i already paid for the smoothie like i didnt just tell her what happened and offered to go get it really quick. She became annoyed with me quickly, started pushing on the screen and then it froze I guess and was like "we have to move down here the screen is blue theres nothing i can do" ????‍♀️????‍♀️ so we moved down and she rang me up again, now with a line definitely behind me. I told her i thought my number was 177 and it rang up for something else so at this point ibjust went to get the ticket but when i brought it back she said aloud with a sigh something about having to do it all over again even though i just put the ticket to be scanned in front of her to my embarrassment in front of the people waiting. This girl just had such a bad attitude like she really did not want to be there and couldnt believe her manicured fingers had to interact with actual human beings instead of her phone. I'm really down about this, I just tried to get out as quickly as I could at this point because she acted so bothered by the whole thing I didnt want to get anything else i needed for my hour drive home. It had me so upset that I called the store shortly after, I spoke to Seth and kinda explained the whole thing and he saw on his end that short line and understood and listened to me and I'm so appreciative of that. He apologized a few times, I know it's not his fault but in an environment like that you're as strong as all your team members collectively can be. If there's one person who makes things bad for a customer's experience its unlikely they'll come back to that location. Wont stop me but good grief if she hates her job that much then go somewhere else, literally ANYTHING else that you dont have to interact with people.
