The food is homemade and taste GREAT! Their collards are the best I've ever had in a restaurant. Great customer service as well

It was every bit 4.5 stars! The food was wonderful. It was tasty and delicious and filling. A true down home eatery. You know when you are in a real country restaurant when they offer bologna sandwiches, fatback and homemade banana pudding!! It's a small, quaint place with friendly people and atmosphere. I would truly recommend to all who appreciate fine dining. Brought back memories of my Mom!

This is a busy little place with a local feel. I say "little", but it's larger inside than we expected. Excellent service, with a smile. The menu was pure southern style. Sure you can have your pancakes and scrambled eggs, but you can also get grits, fatback, and scrapple if you prefer. Have a cup of coffee and save me a seat.

Very small and tight to walk through. Had high hopes, because usually love these little places. This one not so much, and wouldn't go again.

I'm tempted to call it a Dive, but I don't want anyone to take a negative connotation. This place is awesome. Let's call it an old school diner. Good is great, fast, and hot. I can't pick a favorite server because they are all attentive and nice. The building looks rough on the outside, but inside that translates into a great local atmosphere.
