This place was a wonderful surprise. Delicious fresh food. Great on your pocket. Friendly staff. Clean place, very inviting. I loved it and will probably be a frequent visitor.

With a whopping 3/4 pound of perfectly fried catfish between two sesame seed buns, I must admit I left a happy customer. They really do have the "best fish samwich in town". Can't wait to come back and try the skrimp.

Very satisfied! Polite & helpful staff. Pleasantly surprised sandwich choices. Purchased the Tilapia Sandwich (grilled) & an order of fries. Very generous portions of each - and tasty! Costs slightly more than the typical fast-food chain, but well worth the price. The option to order grilled, rather than deep fried, was an added bonus.

Went there yesterday. This place is absolutely OUTSTANDING. The customer service is second to NONE. These people really show they care about their customers. The owner went around to every single customer and took QUALITY TIME to see how their meal was. You can see the employees are being treated nicely and shown the utmost respect on the 2nd day of this store being open. The food is prepared fresh, made to order. The place is spic and span spotless clean. The bathroom had adequate supplies. There was no debris on the floor.
The West End has something extremely special when we got this business on our end of town. When I travel , out of town, I take my friend who is almost 80 years of age to the location in Portsmouth. We never leave disappointed. She loves this company. Take the time and chem them out. You will be so glad you did. I'm already looking forward to my next visit
