Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The chicken wings and grilled chicken salad are awesome! Clean environment. Friendly helpful staff.

The service was horrible! I asked for the receipt and the lady threw it away, then when I asked for it again I saw her get it out the trash. And my sister had other food in the backseat and the lady looked her up and down! Other than that food was fresh and good.

Food was delicious and prepared quickly. We don't have Zaxbys in MD so whenever we go down south we are sure to stop by. It was early afternoon and the restaurant area was spotless. The staff was very nice. Can't wait to by again next time we visit Richmond.

A little slow to take our order at a time when no one else was there. The food was good though. Compared to other popular chicken joints, Zaxbys has it's own twist on the chicken.

It is one of the few restaurants that is open a little later than average.

They have that tongue zinger hot sauce. You may want to be careful with that, even if you like a lot of heat.

Just okay, nothing to run home and tell mama about. They need better side options. But the chicken was hot and fresh, I'd just rather have traditional fried chicken with the bone in (not wings) The menu was overwhelming cause it was my first time there, but the cashier explained everything in detail to me. The food was hot and fresh, just wasn't crazy about the seasoning and style. It's a personal choice I suppose, not bad, just not for me.
