“This place is legit. Some of the best, most authentic dishes in the area. I had 4 tacos, 2 steak, 2 Al pastor. The tacos were bigger than I expected. I didn't experience any of the negativity mentioned in the other reviews here. Everyone was super nice. The little store next door was awesome as well, picked up some achiote paste for myself. Only thing was the price, the tacos were a little more expensive than competing spots but well worth it. We'll be back for sure.”

“We walked in and there was basically no one there. I believe there was just one couple at a small table. We ordered and the cashier was very nice. Then we went to sit down with our tracker on the table. A little while went by and a few new guests were arriving but we still had not gotten our food. My husband got up and went down by the window to look and there was our food just sitting there. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure their policy is to bring the food out to you when you dine in. I felt that the service in that aspect was lacking a bit. Otherwise, however, the food was good. Definitely not a deal breaker and we will be back but could have been a better experience.”

“Not very pleasant, but service is fast for to-go orders. My food was ready in less than five minutes. Their Pad Thai tastes different from most Thai restaurants. I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing. It depends on what you like. I'm not a fan. They sent me away with a fork and didn't bother to ask if I wanted chopsticks. Personally, I don't eat noodles without chopsticks. So, that was a little annoying. Thankfully, I have plenty at home. The Thai tea tastes great, but the to-go cup is really small. Had I known before paying, I would have ordered two. You likely get more when eating in.”

“I have never had a complaint before until tonight when I called concerned about my order. I received an email stating it was out for delivery after waiting almost 40 mins for delivery... And the first person I spoke with was nice and helpful and the other person that got on the phone was just rude and seemed bothered by my call. I have never felt with that reaction before and thought it was slightly rude. I was nice and polite and to deal with that was just shocking and I was a little taken back.”

“Was clean and staff was nice. The lock on the bathroom door is broken and a poorly written note about knocking before entering is on the door. I hope they can run to home depot and get a doorknob with a lock that works so customers don't run the risk of seeing strangers naked. Easy fix to a big problem.”

“I went here on a visit to Richmond from Maryland. This is a very unique Arby's because they served a whole rotisserie chicken with an array of vegetable side dishes. Also the zucchini muffins were amazing. I would have never thought of Arby's as a place for a family Sunday dinner but I was very surprised. Unfortunately I think that this is not a standard at Arby's only this specific location has these offerings.”

The food is wonderful and the dinner portions are typically big enough that you can bring the rest home for lunch the next day. The dinner rolls are also killer. “They did a nice job updating the games and kid activities. No more tokens - they now use a card that you add points to. The challenge appears to be if you do not use the points that day you lose them so buy and use wisely. The staff is typically very nice but it does take awhile to get food. Food quality is what you would expect.”
