Another Round Bar And Grill

Went there last night for a metal concert of some local bands.
The place has an atmosphere of a locale for regulars who enjoy playing pool and eating some American favorites (burgers, hot wings, french fries, etc). The main bar/grill/poolhall area is clean, cozy, and not overly loud. The pit area in the back where the loud live music happens is sectioned off in a way that the volume won't disturb the patrons in the front area.
The food is good and so is the service. They have a good selection of beverages at the bar. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly. Amber "Batman" at the bar is a really sweet person!
The pit area at the back is great for small concerts. There's some limited seating room, a separate bar for this area, and plenty of standing space to view the bands playing/enjoy moshing.
Overall a great experience, one of Richmond's hidden gems if you love rock music (live or played from the restaurants speakers) and good American food.

I've visited this bar a handful of times to hang out and watch bands perform. No issues there.

1 major issue I have is the permission to use tobacco products indoors. Cigarettes are disgusting and gives me a horrendous migraine headache! I go home reeking of smoke .. secondhand smoking is not worthwhile. Firsthand smoking isn't worthwhile either!!!

I love watching live entertainment but it could be more enjoyable without the smokers.

It's a great place for locals go including myself I love that place. Great prices on beer awesome food and the staff is attentive and friendly. Three pool tables inside. Back room for smokers along with live bands. Always a great mixture of people. Good crowds on Thursday Friday and Saturday.

I went here for a NYE celebration. We had a good time. One of the owners was very friendly and came to chat with us. I would have liked to spend more time in the room with the live music, but it was EXTREMELY smoky, and (unfortunately) I happen to be sensitive to smoke. Overall, it's a laid back comfortable atmosphere I may return to at some point.

This place seems more like a place for regulars, not necessarily bad or good. Prices are okay, people are mostly friendly. Food is descent. Staff are usually the same as the customers, maybe too comfortable. Okay place. It's a 'Lakeside' hangout.
