Fast service, fresh food, and clean! Great food for the costs and way more spacious than the VCU location. I can't complain!

I always order the Philly cheesesteak with fries. The quality and taste of the food is very good. Their peach and strawberry lemonades are delicious! The customer service is consistent and friendly. Shout out to Nick who is always friendly and goes above and beyond. Great experiences! I highly recommend Charleys.

Can’t give a rating on the atmosphere and service really because I placed my order online but I wanted to share my cheesesteak was delicious! I almost asked for extra steak because a lot of places skimp on the meat but it was perfect to me. The fries were great too! I got everything I ordered and it was packaged very well. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.

My mom and I went for dinner. We were greeted by the owner. I was surprised by how nice the place looks now compared to the old pizza place that was there. My sandwich was really good and the bread was fresh. I ordered my pickles and banana pepper on the side. The chicken was flavorful, tasty, and juicy. My mom got the vegetarian sandwich and LOVED it! Definitely a nice spot for a mom daughter date. They have good drinks too. I went for the original lemonade and my mom got the watermelon strawberry lemonade. Both were good. We downloaded the app and got 5 dollars off for our next visit. We will be back !

I got the small chicken combo. The fries were in a separate container but I took them out in the picture. Everything tasted great. I asked for no cheese. The chicken was very flavorful and not dry. I had their strawberry lemonade too. I dined in and loved the atmosphere. It’s definitely a cool cheesesteak restaurant and it is very clean.
