Tried the high protein fresh meals ordered ahead of time and picked up on Tuesday’s. I got a steak ramen, chicken pasta, and beef/potatoes dish. They are DELICIOUS! I hate cooking and I’m definitely going to incorporate these meals weekly to watch my macros. Thank you!

Great clean eating options. Portion sizes on the smaller size but otherwise very tasty. I may be looking at a meal prep option trial.. who knows??

Wanted to try this new place out since I’ve been meal prepping for a few months. Got a smoothie and and a wrap to taste the food before getting into a plan and it was nothing special. Both items had an artificial sweetness that I just couldn’t get past. Ended up tossing the food as soon I left, 0/5 on the smoothie and 2/5 on the wrap. Wrap would’ve been great without the extra addition of the sweet sauce on it. Overall 3 star rating is for the great service not food.

Awesome concept, really friendly management and great grab and go selection as well as macro friendly desserts.

Staff is friendly but seem a bit under-educated when it comes to their menu.

My biggest (albeit perhaps small) complaint is the cafe menu, the entree offerings seem like kind of a rip off.

Its a bid disingenuous to offer a “combo” but only offer water and very bad tasting tea as drink options, side options are also to be desired as they are pretty lack luster.

There are plenty of low calorie and healthy alternatives to soda that they could offer. If they’re going to advertise “drink” with their combo’s they need to actually sell drinks, every restaurant offers free water.
