STARBUCKS

EWW NO THANK YOU... while I waited (and waited and waited - the previous driver had already pulled toward the window) in the drive thru today (about 7pm it was not busy inside or out) the male on the mic LITERALLY coughed loudly (😒pandemic, much?!), sneezed, and finally topped off the unpleasantness with an obnoxious BELCH... Perhaps he found it humorous... It disagreed with me, my health, common decency, professionalism and my wallet agree. This new location would have received 5 stars from me (previous visits - where that employee was not anywhere visible/audible) were EXTREMELY pleasant! Management may want to train to adjust his maturity levels while on the clock.

Unfortunately they're out of guava. I got espresso in a Trenta with lots of ice & whipped cream (no sugar). A great pairing with a sweet dessert.

OMG this is the best Starbucks I have ever been too. I came very flustered from a long day at work and I was met with beautiful customer service. The employees were not only friendly, but very nice as well. The drink I got was so so delicious!!!

This starbucks is the best starbucks location around me. I’m always very pleased with the service I receive here when I go. I would go everyday if it were closer to where I live. The employees are always so nice and welcoming so I love coming here. I tell all my friends to go to this starbucks location as well!

I visit this Starbucks location nearly every day, and the staff has always been kind, caring, and helpful. As I look at some of the negative reviews, especially regarding stock of items, what people don’t realize is that all Starbucks stores are corporate stores and their supply comes from corporate. No individual store has specific control over the limited stock available during the multiple supply chain shortages seen everywhere. I hope the workers at this Starbucks see this review and are encouraged.
