Canastas chicken

Super happy they have opened in Short Pump! My co-workers and I often go to the one on Laburnum, now we have one here in West End. I have ordered curbside pickup, but the estimated pickup time was one hour. I called the restaurant, the nice lady on the phone told me it will be ready in 10 minutes. Their food always so delicious and quantity was good. They have a wide range of variety from Peruvian style rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, pork chop, Lamb, Carne Asada, fried fish, shrimp and many sides. I love their fresh salad and unique dressing.

I happened to drive by and noticed Canastas. I'm glad I stopped to get lunch there: it was clean, there were a lot of choices on the menu, and I really liked that it was an opened kitchen. The employees were nice and polite. The portions were big and the food was delicious. I will definitely go back and recommend this restaurant.

Amazing food and great customer service! The wait time was completely worth it since they cook the food fresh for every order. It was hot and delicious and some of the best shrimp I've ever had! Will definitely be back!
