Chicken Salad Chick

This place is awesome. My wife and daughter had lunch one day and came home raving about it. My and I were in the area and she suggested it. The food was awesome. The staff was very helpful and the ambiance was welcoming. I highly suggest it.

Only been to this Chicken Salad Chick location once but it was absolutely delicious and the BEST chicken salad I've ever eaten!! Little pricey but the food is worth it. The workers are extremely nice and make it a fun place to eat.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine anyone would ever come up with a restaurant whose specialty is CHICKEN SALAD! Oh my gosh, this place rocks my world! My husband and I read about it, so a few weeks later we decided to have lunch here at Chicken Salad Chick. He got the Original while I got the Dixie Chicken Salad Sandwich. We both loved our meals! I’ve been there a few more times, and I especially love just buying a variety of different chicken salads to take home in different containers. This place is awesome!

Never knew there were so many variations of chicken salad! I tried Classic Carol and Olivia's Old South and both were good. Definitely the place to go if that's what you like. Also enjoyed their mac and cheese and the lemonade was delicious. They even give you a cookie with the combo meal! Not many other things to choose from outside of the chicken salad but I can appreciate that they've chosen one food and do it really well. Pricing is on the premium side, but I think it shows through in the quality of the food. I don't know if they offer customization, but I would have liked to been able to add lettuce, tomato, etc to my sandwich, maybe even an extra scoop of chicken salad.

Twelve styles of chicken salad might seem a bit excessive to most people but when you ask if they should be served as scoops or as a sandwich and then which side of another type chicken salad or soup or Pimento... well, it is understandable why people are flummoxed when asked to step up to the counter and announce what you want to order. The first few weeks after opening this restaurant actually has a tutor at the door to help you navigate the menu. Basil, Fancy Nancy, Cranberry were all good but BBQ chicken salad isn't BBQ, just spicy. Get their app for points and free birthday meal. Photos in Men's room are "cute."
