Chipotle Mexican Grill

Would have appreciated more help when I ordered from a menu picture and then got charged extra for what was included in the picture. Would love to see lettuce at the front end instead of added to the top for bowls that are not salads. Staff was minimally.interested in being at work. Not a very fun visit.

Chipotle is very inconsistent with food quality. Some days food is amazing. Some other days it just does not have flavor at all. I understand food is made from scratch and that is one of the principles. Also portions vary a lot. Some times you will get a nice portion. And some times you will feel is not worth your money.

I have been going to this chipotle since it first opened, maybe a little over a year ago. I work right down the road so it’s convenient for my lunch. I’ve always had a great experience so that is why I gave 3 stars and not 1 star from my experience just today. I went into the restaurant a little after 1:30 and wasn’t greeted when I walked up to the counter, not even a hello. It took the young gentleman a minute or 2 to finish washing his hands, dried them, and put on gloves. Which I do appreciate so no faults there. I asked for a burrito bowl and was given the very last of the rice, and pretty much the very last of the chicken, lettuce and cheese. The rice was too mushy and had absolutely no flavor. The lettuce was old and mushy as well. I wasn’t able to eat the bowl due to the no flavor and it was ice cold. I get that it was after I’m sure their typical lunch rush, but come on they’ve could’ve replaced the very last of the food items. I will still continue to go here because hell, I love chipotle but I will say I was very disappointed in this experience!

I love the food at Chipotle! This one is no exception. The food was very good, fresh and prepared as I wanted it. The place was nice on the inside, clean and inviting. The people were friendly and helpful. All around a very nice Chipotle.

Easy in and easy out. Staff are polite and friendly. Portions still aren’t controlled. Some workers add a lot while others skimp like it’s for a toddler. This is another one of Richmond’s newer locations that have a separate area specifically for mobile and online orders to be prepared.

It was clean inside on the floors, tables, and area to pick up plastic ware and napkins.

The food station area was also clean. There wasn’t food spilled on the counters and floor.

There were ample employees working to ensure that freshly prepared food was being made to handle the influx of customers.

I’d return to this location.

Update: Removing another star because when I got to the office all of the salsa had poured out in the bag because the person failed to put the lid on the container properly. The lid was laying in the bag as if had never been placed on the container. It also ruined my seat in the car. Not happy with this.
